You need to be referred by your school, social services, local authority, food bank or a charity to use our free service. We need to be contacted firstly by your referee using this form

(If this is a problem, please get in touch explaining your situation)

Once a referral form has been received and accepted, have a look at our collections and you or your referee can email us with your dress/suit choices so we can check measurements and availability. Ally will then explain what happens next and request a voluntary £10 donation from your referee

Have the most amazing night ever!

Pop your item(s) in the free returns postage bag and send it back to us

(Pssst - this is all anonymous unless you say otherwise)

WHO'S IT FOR?

WHO'S IT FOR?

Prom Ally CIC is to help teenagers who are experiencing financial hardship and would not normally be able to attend their school prom due to the cost of a dress or suit. Prom Ally provides the free loan of the outfit.

We also have a shop in Rhos-on-sea in North Wales selling pre-loved formal wear for all occasions. This shop is open to anyone and everyone and no referral is necessary!  The prices range from £5-£50!

Here are the opening hours;

Thursday 10-5pm

Friday 10-5pm

Saturday 10-5pm

Sunday 11-3pm

(If you're travelling far, please email or message us first to double check we're open as we're run by just one volunteer)

There are loads of ways you can help Prom Ally out and become a Fairy Godmother yourself.

We usually accept all styles and sizes in dresses and suits to offer our referrals. However currently we have closed our PO box to new clothing donations due to a lack of storage space. Hopefully we'll be able to re-open donations soon!

Monetary donations help with the everyday costs of running Prom Ally.
