On this website the terms 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to Prom Ally.
Shipping & Delivery


The postage price is £10.00 and includes both shipping to you and a returns bag (unless in a box, which must then be re-used). We will be sending the dress Second Class Royal Mail and it will have to be signed for on arrival. You should receive the dress between 2-3 working days after paying the postage amount. A returns label will also be included so that you can return the dress once you're finished for someone else to use.


Don't worry if you accidentally damage or stain the dress, accidents happen! Please send it back and we will see if it is able to be repaired or cleaned, at no cost to you.




When deciding on a dress, please make sure you're 100% happy. You can email me and ask as many questions as necessary, whether it's measurements, further descriptions etc. This is because unfortunately, I do not have the funds to send you another dress if it's wrong and therefore you will have to pay the £10.00 postage again (unless discussed otherwise with Ally).

Stock Rotation

Once a piece of stock has been lent out twice or has been within our collections for two years, we will check it's condition and decide if it should be be kept in the stock, be moved to our Eco Wardrobe or sold. This allows us to keep our stock fresh and up to date, allowing popular styles and colours to filter through our collection over a period of time, and to continue to guarantee quality on all stock we lend out to those wishing to attend their prom.

If the stock is sold, the profits from that sale will go back into Prom Ally, to continue to help those in financial hardship attend their prom.
